FAQ-2 - How is my Data protected against tampering and misuse?

Ans - "eSMART" the Smart eDiary App is Password enabled as such All your Data is for Your Eyes only. Moreover, except for the basic information like your Name, Birthdates, Email Id and registered Mobile number All your other Data is saved with an AES encryption in such a way that only you can read your Data and we cannot read any of your content.

FAQ-3 - Does "eSMART" the Smart eDiary save my Data on their Server?

Ans - "eSMART" the Smart eDiary only stores your basic info. Like your Name, Birthdates, registered Email Id and registered Mobile number on our servers. Your All Other Data is saved with an AES encryption in such a way that Only You can read Your Data and we cannot read any of Your Content. Your Private Data is Safe and Only You can read that Data.

FAQ-4 - Can the Developer of "eSMART" the Smart eDiary App see my Data?

Ans - NOT AT ALL. "eSMART" the Smart eDiary uses special AES encryptions and algorithm to ensure that Only You can read Your Data.

FAQ-5 - On which Operating Platforms is the "eSMART" the Smart eDiary compatible for its use?

Ans - "eSMART" the Smart eDiary can be used on Mobile Smart Phones with Android and iPhone Platforms and also can be used on Laptops and Desktops with Windows and iMac Operating Systems.

FAQ-6 - Will my Data be Safe after the Expiry of my Subscription?

Ans - Your Data will be safe after expiry of Subscription Only upto it’s Deletion. Your user account will be deleted after 30 Days of expiry of your Subscription. Once your user account is deleted you cannot restore your data.

FAQ-7 - Will my data be available to me after the expiry of my Subscription?

Ans - Your Data will be available to you after expiry of your Subscription on only after Renewal of your Subscription, subject to the condition that, such Renewal of the Subscription is done before its Deletion that is within 30 Days of expiry of your Subscription.

FAQ-8 - Can I restore my Data after Deletion of my user account?

Ans - NO, Your Data cannot be restored after the Deletion of your user account.

FAQ-9 - Can I Renew my Subscription after Deletion of my user account?

Ans - NO, You cannot renew your Subscription after the Deletion of Your user account. However you can create a new user Account and subscribe for "eSMART" the Smart eDiary.

FAQ-10 - How many days do I get to renew my Subscription after Expiry of Subscription?

Ans - You can renew your Subscription within 30 days after the Expiry of your Subscription. However it is advisable to Renew your Subscription before its Expiry, for uninterrupted and hurdle free smooth usage of "eSMART" the Smart eDiary.

FAQ-11 - Will I get any Reminder for Renewal of my Subscription before its expiry?

Ans - Yes you will get Reminder for Renewal of your Subscription prior to its expiry, on your registered Mobile number and/or Email Id.

FAQ-12 - Can I use "eSMART" the Smart eDiary on multiple devices and Multiple Operating Platforms?

Ans - YES, You can use "eSMART" the Smart eDiary on multiple devices and multiple operating platforms.

FAQ-13 - Will my Data on “eSMART" the Smart eDiary be synchronized on multiple devices and multiple platforms?

Ans - YES, Your Data on "eSMART" the Smart eDiary will be synchronized on multiple devices and multiple operating platforms when you are in an active internet connection.

FAQ-14 - Does "eSMART" the Smart eDiary needs internet connection to work?

Ans - No your "eSMART" the Smart eDiary works completely offline. You only need an Active internet connection for Login and then everything can be done offline. But your Data will be saved only when you are in an active internet connection.

FAQ-15 - How can I backup my Data on "eSMART" the Smart eDiary?

Ans - Whenever you are in an active internet connection your Data will get saved. After that whenever you Login again from any device then you will get all your saved Data.

FAQ-16 - Can I use "eSMART" the Smart eDiary in multiple languages?

Ans - The default language of "eSMART" the Smart eDiary is English. However you can type in your data in multiple languages that are available on your device, except for entries in Cashbook and Daily Reports. Cashbook entries of Amounts & Narration and Content of Daily Report can be done only in English language. We shall provide for the use of multiple languages in Cashbook and Daily Report in the forth coming version.

FAQ-17 - Is the Subscription Amount of "eSMART" the Smart eDiary refundable, in case I cancel my Subscription?

Ans - NO, the Subscription Amount paid for "eSMART" the Smart eDiary will NOT be refunded on cancellation of Subscription or for any other reason what maybe.

FAQ-18 - What should I do if my device is lost, stolen, damaged or gets corrupted?

Ans - In case of Smart Mobile Phones, just re-download the "eSMART" the Smart eDiary App on your Repaired or New Smart Mobile Phone and Login using your User ID and Password. All your Data content is all there for you.
